We are over in Baner at office number 202. The building is at survey number 109, right in that busy stretch of Pune. Baner has changed a lot lately, and there are new offices and shops popping up everywhere around us. Our office is on the second floor. It’s a functional space where we handle all the lifespaces projects we have on the go. There are several desks, a few cabinets for all the files, and a small area where we sit down to talk things through. It gets pretty hectic during the middle of the week with people calling about different sites and schedules. We aren't trying to be anything corporate or fancy. It’s just a place where we do our jobs and try to stay organized. Sometimes the parking downstairs can be a bit of a headache because of how many people are working in this part of town now. We’ve gotten used to the noise of the traffic on the main road nearby. The team is small, and we all know what needs to be done. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations; we mostly just look at the actual numbers and the construction progress. It’s a very practical way of working. Most of our day is spent making sure the details of the Baner projects are actually happening the way they are supposed to. It’s a solid place to work from.
