Anmol Dairy Products

We run Anmol Dairy Products out of Ghorpade Peth. It’s an older part of the city and we’ve been here for quite some time. The dairy business is all about timing. We start way before the sun comes up to make sure the milk and other products are ready for the morning. It’s cold and quiet at 4 AM, but that’s when the real work happens. We handle milk, curd, and sometimes other dairy items depending on what’s in demand. The shop in Ghorpade Peth is simple. We have big fridges and a lot of steel containers. It’s not a place where you’d sit down and hang out, but it’s clean and does the job. Our regulars know us by name and usually just stop their scooters outside to grab what they need. We don’t do much advertising. People just find out about us from their neighbors. The smell of fresh milk is always around the place. Sometimes when the trucks are late, it gets a bit stressful, but we usually manage to keep things moving. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure people have fresh dairy for their morning tea or cooking. It’s honest work and it keeps us tied to the local community. The streets here are narrow, so deliveries can be tricky, but we’ve done it so many times it’s become second nature. It’s a basic life, but we like the routine of it.
