Ankit Industries

Ankit Industries is situated at 149, G.I.D.C. Estate, right behind the Vimal Water Tank in Naroda. Being in the GIDC area means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. It’s a noisy, busy place where people are always moving stuff around. We’ve been at this location for years. The building itself is a bit old and shows its age, but it works for what we do. You can see the water tank from our yard, which is how we tell people how to find us. Inside, it’s mostly raw materials and machines. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. The floor is concrete and usually has some scuffs from the equipment. We work regular hours, starting early and finishing up when the sun goes down. In the summer, it gets quite hot under the tin roof, but we’ve got some big fans to move the air around. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on the production. If you’re looking for us, just head toward the Naroda industrial area and look for the Vimal tank. We’ll be right behind it. Sometimes the delivery trucks get blocked in by other traffic in the estate, so we have to go out and help them navigate the narrow roads. It’s just part of the daily routine here in Naroda.
