Anjani Associates

You can find Anjani Associates over at Siddha Apartment in Warje. We are in the Block Haveli area, quite close to the Warje Bridge. If you live around here, you know the bridge is a major point for traffic and directions. Our office is a quiet little space inside the apartment building. It’s a bit different from a storefront, but it works for us. We handle a lot of local property work in and around Warje. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve watched it happen from here. We don't do any flashy advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here or hearing about us from a friend. We sit down with people, have some tea, and talk about what they want to do with their property. It’s a slow and steady kind of business. Sometimes the traffic near the bridge makes it hard for people to get here on time, but we don't worry about it too much. We understand how it is. Our desks are usually covered in files because there is always something to look up. It’s a local operation, run by people who actually live and work in this part of town. We just keep things moving and try to give people the right information when they ask for it. It's just a regular job for us.
