Ancure Pharmaceuticals

We are located in the Silver Line Building over in the Katraj area of Pune. It’s a pretty busy spot, especially being so close to the Iskcon Temple. You can usually hear the traffic outside and the general hum of the city from our office. We started Ancure Pharmaceuticals because we wanted to have our own place to work in the pharma sector. The office isn't anything too special, just some rooms with shelves and desks where we keep track of everything. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different people and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall apart. Katraj is a lively part of town, and there's always somewhere to get a good vada pav or a tea when we need a quick break. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing; it’s just a few of us trying to make sure the business runs smoothly every day. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out and chat about regular things. It’s a very human way of working, I think. We know our neighbors in the building and we say hello in the hallway. It’s not a high-pressure environment most of the time, but we do take the work seriously enough. We just prefer to do it without all the extra polish you see in bigger companies. It’s just a regular day at the Silver Line building for us.
