We are located out in Mahalunge, which is in the Khed Taluka of Pune. Our office is in the Dwarika Co Op Hsg Soc Ltd, specifically C-17/17. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like being closer to the areas where we actually have our land and projects. The address covers a lot of ground, from G.No.122 to 123 and 89 to 97, so there’s always something to go and inspect nearby. Sector 24 is a quiet part of the neighborhood, which is good for when we need to focus on heavy paperwork. We handle realties, so we’re often talking to farmers or other landowners in the area. It’s a very different vibe than working in a city center. The office is pretty basic, just a place to keep our maps and records safe. We have a small staff who knows the Mahalunge area inside and out. We don’t really do fancy presentations; we just show people the plots and explain the details clearly. Sometimes the internet is a bit spotty because we’re a bit out of the way, but we make do. It’s honest, local work and we’ve built some good relationships with the people around here over the years. We’re just a small company trying to make sense of the real estate market in this part of Maharashtra. Every day is a bit of a commute, but we wouldn’t change it for a noisy city office.
