Ams Buildtech Private Limited is situated in the Kharadi area of Pune, which is a place that’s seen a ton of growth lately. Our office is in Geras Emerald City, specifically Kharadi South. We are in Flat No E-501 on the 5th floor. The building is part of S. No. 73/1 and falls under the 411014 pin code. Kharadi is a busy place these days, but our office on the fifth floor is usually a bit quieter than the street level. We do our buildtech work from here, which involves a lot of coordination and keeping track of various project details. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we can sit down and get things done without too much distraction. Most of the time, the team is busy on their computers or talking through things in the small meeting area we have. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few project photos. Being in Geras Emerald City makes it easy for us to give directions to anyone coming over. The area has changed so much from how it used to be, with all these new buildings going up around us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work at hand. It’s a straightforward environment where everyone knows what they need to do. We’ve grown quite fond of this little corner of Kharadi over the months.
