AMMONS MAESTROSS DEVELOPERS LLP operates out of City Point on Dhole Patil Road in Pune. We are in Wing A, specifically in Office No. 415A, 415B, and 415C. Dhole Patil Road is a pretty well-known part of the city, and being in City Point makes it easy for people to find us. We have a bit of a larger office space here to manage our development projects. Even though we have three office numbers, it’s still a very hands-on and practical environment. We don't have a corporate vibe. Most of the time, the place is full of site maps, building samples, and people talking over each other. Pune is a city that is changing fast, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't use any polished language or marketing slogans because that’s not how we talk in real life. We just deal with the daily challenges of construction and development. This includes everything from getting the right materials to managing the workforce on the ground. It’s a lot of responsibility and things don't always go as planned. We just keep our heads down and work through the issues. Our team has been working out of this Pune office for some time now. We aren't trying to be fancy, we just want to make sure our projects are solid and finished on time. That is the long and short of it. We just keep working away at our desks.
