You can find us at Ammons Loya Developers Llp over in City Point. We are in the South Wing, specifically in Office No. 415A. The building is on DP Road, which is in the Sangam Wadi area. This is near Ghorpadi and Yerawada in Pune, zip code 411001. It is a big commercial building with a lot of different companies, so it can be a bit of a walk from the entrance to our wing. We focus on development projects and this office is our main base. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably fuller than they should be. The Sangam Wadi area is quite busy and there is always some kind of construction or road work happening nearby. We like being in City Point because it is a central location for meeting people. The office is not very decorated; we mostly just have maps of Pune pinned to the walls so we can see where our projects are located. Sometimes the elevators in the South Wing take a long time, so we have to plan our meetings accordingly. We have a small team here and we mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the paperwork. It is a practical environment. We do not use big words or fancy titles. We are just a local development firm trying to navigate the Pune real estate scene from our spot on DP Road.
