Amit Medical & Surgical

You can find us at Shop No 2 in Graficon Arcade. We are located on Sassoon Road, which is a very busy stretch of road because we’re right near Ruby Hospital and directly opposite Jahangir Hospital. Amit Medical & Surgical is a small shop, but we stay busy because of all the hospitals nearby. Every morning we open up the shutters and start stocking the shelves with various medical and surgical supplies. It’s a lot of boxes and small items to keep track of. Being in Graficon Arcade means we have a lot of neighbors, but we mostly focus on the people coming from the clinics. Sassoon Road is always full of traffic and people walking to the hospitals. We spend a lot of time chatting with regular customers and hospital staff who come in for specific items. The shop itself is packed with inventory from floor to ceiling. It might look a bit cluttered, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We don't have any fancy displays or anything. It's just a functional space where we sell what people need. Sometimes it gets quite hot in the shop during the afternoons, but that’s just how it is. We have been here for a good while, and the rhythm of the hospitals across the street pretty much dictates our day. It’s a straightforward business. We just provide the supplies and keep things moving. No big promises, just a local shop doing its daily work.
