We are located in New Sangvi, specifically in the Adarsh Nagar area. The office is on Survey Number 81/2, which is a bit of a specific address but once you are in the neighborhood, it isn't hard to find. We have been working out of this Pune location for a good while, focusing on the housing needs of the local community. The street outside can get a bit narrow and busy during the peak hours, but that is just how it is in this part of town. Our office isn't one of those high-rise corporate blocks; it is a more grounded, local setup. We handle a lot of the planning and coordination for our building sites from here. Each morning involves a lot of phone calls and checking in with the guys on the ground. Sometimes people walk in looking for details on plots or new apartments coming up in the vicinity. We try to keep things clear and give them the information they need without any fuss. Working in housing means there is always a lot of paperwork to manage, from permits to floor plans. The staff here knows the New Sangvi area quite well, having spent so much time on these streets. It’s a busy environment but we prefer it that way. Being right in the middle of a residential zone helps us stay connected to the kind of work we are actually doing. It is a very practical way to run a housing business in a city like Pune.
