Amir Estate

We are tucked away at B/2/8 on the 6th Cross in Viman Nagar. It’s the 6th Block, near the Silver Oak area. If you know the neighborhood, it’s pretty easy to find. We’ve been working out of this space for a while, mostly helping people find rentals or houses nearby. Viman Nagar has changed a lot since we started. It used to be much quieter, but now there are more shops and people everywhere. Our office is just a simple room with some chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. We don’t put on a show for anyone. When people come in, we just show them what’s on the list and tell them the truth about the place. If the landlord is difficult or the water pressure is bad, we’ll probably mention it. It saves everyone a lot of trouble later on. We handle a lot of the paperwork ourselves because we don’t like leaving it to chance. Most of the people who come to us are looking for something specific, like a place close to the main road or a quiet corner in Silver Oak. We spend our afternoons walking over to different properties to show them to clients. It’s a lot of walking, but it keeps us familiar with every gate and shortcut in the block. We aren't a big corporation, just a local estate office trying to keep things moving. It feels right for us.
