You can find Amical Design and Construction Private Limited over on Shivarkar Road in Pune. We are in Building D, specifically unit 6/14 of Ganga Savera. It’s a good location for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We do both the design side and the actual construction, which keeps our days pretty full. It’s not a huge operation, just a dedicated group of us working out of this office. We chose Shivarkar Road because it’s a lively area and feels like the heart of what we do. We don't really care for the polished corporate look. Our office has papers everywhere and samples of materials stacked up in the corners. It’s a real workspace, not a museum. Most of the time, we are either drawing up plans or out on a dusty site checking on progress. We like the hands-on nature of the job. Pune is a big city with a lot of old and new buildings, so there is always a variety of work to be found. We don't use a lot of industry jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what needs to be done and how we plan to do it. It’s a simple way to work, and it seems to serve us well enough. We just want to make things that look decent and work for the people using them. We’re just here to get things built without making a big fuss.
