It’s a central spot, which makes it easier for us to get around to different parts of town when we need to. The building itself is okay, just your standard commercial complex with a lot of different businesses. We have been here in Maharashtra for quite a while now. The 411001 area is pretty much the heart of things. We spend most of our time dealing with infrastructure stuff, which means plenty of phone calls and meetings right here in this office. It’s not a very large space, but it fits our team just fine. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing; we just focus on the work that needs doing. Sometimes the parking at San Mahu can be a bit of a headache, but that’s Pune for you. We just make it work. Most days are just about keeping track of projects and making sure things are moving along as they should. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We like the location because everything we need is pretty close by. No fancy lobby, just a regular door with our name on it. It’s a simple way to run an infrastructure firm.
