Our office sits on the third and fourth floors of the Amar Business Bay building. It is right on F C Road in the Deccan Gymkhana area. It is a very central location in Pune, which makes it easy for people to find us, even if the traffic is a bit much. Amar Builders And Properties Llp is where we manage our various real estate interests. We have a lot of files and a lot of maps of the city spread out. It is a working office, not a showroom. You will see people coming in and out all day, mostly staff and contractors. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to get things settled with the various departments. It is not always smooth sailing. There are days when nothing seems to go right, but that is just how the property business works here. We do not have any corporate slogans on the walls. We just focus on the task at hand, whether that is a new building or managing an older property. Most of us have lived in Pune for a long time, so we know the local neighborhoods well. We do not try to act like a giant multinational. We are just a local firm doing our best to keep things moving. We value the fact that people know our names and where to find us if there is an issue with a project or a piece of land.
