We are located on the third and fourth floors of Amar Business Bay on F C Road. Being in Deccan Gymkhana means there is always something going on outside. The traffic is constant and the energy of Pune is right there at our doorstep. Amar Builders And Promoters Llp is a busy place. We handle a lot of different aspects of the building trade from this office. It is not a silent workplace. There is usually someone talking about zoning laws or arguing about the price of steel. We have been in this spot for a while and we have seen the skyline change. We do not use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with fancy brochures. Most of our day is spent making sure the projects are actually moving forward. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on the weather forecasts. When it rains heavily in Pune, everything stops, and we have to figure out how to catch up later. We are just a group of people who know the construction business inside and out. We do not have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. It is a straightforward approach to a complicated business. We like being in the heart of the city, even if parking is a total nightmare for everyone who comes to visit us.
