ALOUKIK CONSTRUWELL LLP

We are located in Pune, specifically at Chordia G Haveli on the 8th floor. It’s a decent enough spot in the 411045 area. Aloukik Construwell LLP is just a group of us trying to make things work in the construction world. Being on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are looking at computer screens or stacks of files. Pune is growing so fast, and you can see new stuff going up everywhere from our windows. We don't have a fancy reception or anyone to open the door for you. It’s just an office where we do the planning and the math. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and half-drunk cups of chai, but that’s when we are busiest. We don’t do big speeches about what we do. We just look at the site requirements and try to figure out the best way to get the building part done. It’s practical work. Most of us have been in this line for a while, so we know the local regulations and the common headaches you run into with projects around here. It’s not always easy, and some days are longer than others, especially when deadlines are tight. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand. It’s a straightforward setup. No hidden agendas or corporate talk. We just show up and get through the list of things that need doing every morning.
