Allround.Industrial Solutions Privatelimited is based out in Ranjangaon at Gat No. 1627A/P. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where all the work happens. We aren't in a flashy city center office. Instead, we are right where the industrial stuff is actually going on. The address might sound a bit technical if you aren't from around here, but for us, it's just the place we go to every morning. We’ve got a lot of space out at the Gat number which helps with the kind of work we do. Most days involve a lot of walking around and checking on things. It's dusty and loud sometimes because of the surrounding area, but that’s just how it is in Ranjangaon. We started Allround because we saw a need for these solutions in the local area. It isn't a fancy setup. We have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of equipment. We don't spend money on expensive decor or leather sofas. We'd rather just focus on the jobs we have lined up. The team here is small and we all know each other well. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we finish early if the weather is too hot. It’s a simple way of working. We’re just local people running a business and trying to get things done without too much fuss. It works for us.
