We’re over in Raghvendra Nagar at Anika Apartment. Our office is Fl No 401. ALFRA BUILDCOM PRIVATE LIMITED is a small team based here in Pune. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit. It’s a decent area, though the traffic on the main road can be a headache. We handle building projects. It’s mostly about making sure the materials are right and the timing works out. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters. This apartment office is where we do all the paperwork. You’ll usually find us hunched over a laptop or talking on the phone with a supplier. We don't have a "philosophy" or anything like that. We just try to make sure the buildings we work on are solid. We’ve lived in Pune long enough to know how things work here. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there and wait or head out to the site. We’re not a fancy outfit. We wear jeans and shirts that can get dirty. Most of our clients are local folks who know us. We don’t spend money on big ads. We’d rather just focus on the job. It’s a lot of back and forth, and sometimes it gets stressful, but we like the work. It’s what we do every day. We usually grab some vada pav from the corner when things get busy. It keeps us going. We just want to do the job properly and move on to the next one. We’re simple people doing construction work in our hometown.
