Aksha Buildcon Llp is situated in Shop 13 at Sukhawani Imperial, S. No. 150, Phase III, Morwadi. It is a busy part of the city and our shop is right where everything happens. We are a construction firm that focuses on getting things built without too much fuss. The office is small but it serves its purpose. We have some samples of tiles and materials scattered around, and there is always a pot of tea being shared. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or making ourselves look bigger than we are. We are just a group of people who know how to handle a building site. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to suppliers and checking on the progress of our current projects in Morwadi and the surrounding areas. It gets loud with the city noise outside, but we are used to it by now. We try to be practical about everything. If a project has a problem, we find a way to fix it. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here; everyone chips in with whatever needs doing. We know the local builders and the guys who supply the sand and steel. It’s a grounded business. We aren't here to win awards, we are just here to do the work and make sure the buildings are safe and solid. If you drop by the shop, you will probably find us looking over some blueprints.
