Akashdeep Energy Solutions

Our small setup is over at 19 Payal Park, close to Mhatre Bridge in Pune. It’s a decent area, and being near the bridge makes it easier for us to get to different parts of the city without getting stuck for too long, though traffic is always a gamble. At Akashdeep Energy Solutions, we spend our days dealing with solar panels and energy storage. It’s mostly just a lot of manual labor and figuring out why a specific inverter is acting up. We have a small storage space where we keep the racks and cables. It’s usually a bit of a mess because we’re always coming and going. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone while trying to finish a sandwich. We’ve seen all kinds of roofs in this city, from old tiles to modern concrete, and each one needs a different approach. Sometimes we have to get creative with the mounting to make sure it doesn't leak. It’s just about doing the job properly so we don't have to come back and fix it later. We appreciate it when the weather stays clear, but we work through the heat most of the time. It’s a steady pace, and we’re just trying to keep the lights on for the folks who use our systems. We don’t mind the long hours as long as the work gets done.
