We are located in Erandwana, specifically over in the Kothrud area. Our office is up on the fourth floor of Sheela Vihar Colony, Flat number 9. It’s on Plot 7, S. No 45. We’ve been building around here for quite a while. Most of our work is about putting up residential buildings and making sure the construction holds up. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of workers. It is a smaller setup where we know everyone’s name. Working in construction means we deal with a lot of different people, from city officials to the guys carrying the bricks. Our office is a bit crowded with site folders and old files, but we know where everything is. We don't spend time making things look pretty for visitors; we'd rather spend that time on the site making sure the work is being done right. Sometimes the stairs up to the fourth floor feel a bit long at the end of the day, but it’s a good spot to oversee what’s happening in the neighborhood. We handle the permissions, the materials, and the actual building part. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix them and move on. We aren't looking to be the biggest builders in Pune, just the ones who do a decent job for a fair price.
