AJINKYA LANDMARKS LLP

Our place is on BG Road in the Camp area of Pune. We are located in Camp 4. It’s a historic part of the city, and you can feel that when you walk around the neighborhood. Ajinkya Landmarks LLP operates from a fairly simple office here. We don’t have any big signs or fancy lighting. It’s just a door on BG Road where we do our business. Pune has a specific rhythm, and we are right in tune with it. The mornings start with the sounds of the street waking up. We usually get in early to beat the worst of the traffic. The office is mostly filled with maps, ledgers, and a few old computers. We spend our time checking on land records and talking to people about various sites. It’s a lot of legwork and making sure every detail is right. We aren’t a huge company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know this area well. Sometimes we go out for tea at the local stall down the street. It’s a good way to clear your head. The building we are in is older, so it has some character. The rooms are a bit small, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need. We don’t go for anything too polished. We just want to do a proper job and head home to our families. It’s a steady way to live and work in Pune.
