We are based in Nirmal Park, specifically at 3B1 Near Pune Merchant Bank in Padmavati. It's a nice enough area and being near the bank makes it easy for people to find us. At Ajay Windecor Products Pvt. Ltd., we mostly deal with things for windows. Curtains, blinds, that sort of thing. It is interesting how much a window can change a room just by what you hang over it. We have a lot of samples lying around, different fabrics and plastics. Sometimes the sunlight comes through the front window and shows all the dust, but we try to keep it clean. It's a small team here. We spend a lot of time measuring things and talking about colors. Not everyone agrees on what looks good, which is always funny to see. We aren't trying to be some huge corporate entity. We just want to make sure the products we sell actually fit the windows they are meant for. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or showing people how different blinds work. It’s a steady pace. We take our lunch at the same time every day and usually talk about our families or the weather in Pune. The monsoon makes things a bit damp, but we keep the fabric rolls covered up well. It’s just a regular business where we try to do right by the people who walk in.
