We are over at Khed Shivapur, up on the 2nd floor of Gopalan Signature mall, shop number 78. It is a bit of a weird spot for an engineering office being in a mall and all, but it works for us. Most days it’s just us guys looking at drawings and talking to clients on the phone. We’ve been here a while now. The commute isn’t too bad if you beat the morning rush. Usually, the office is a bit cluttered with papers and some old equipment we haven't moved out yet. People stop by sometimes just to ask what we do. We mostly deal with local projects and try to keep things moving. It gets hot in the afternoons. The mall cooling helps a bit though. My desk is right by the window where I can see the traffic. It isn’t fancy or anything. It's just a place where work gets done. Some of the guys have been with me since the start. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the day’s tasks. It’s a small team. Maybe five or six of us on a good day. Most of the time we are out on sites anyway. If you are looking for us, just take the lift up. The sign is a bit small. You might miss it if you aren’t looking. We try to keep the noise down because of the neighbors. There's a cafe downstairs where we go if we need to talk more.
