Aimans Ply Engineers

We are located at number 24 in Zaveri Bazar, which is over in the Khondhwa area. Aimans Ply Engineers is a name that most people around this neighborhood recognize by now. The shop itself is mostly filled with high stacks of plywood and different types of wooden boards. It smells like fresh-cut wood and fine dust all day long, but that is just a natural part of the job for us. We do not have a fancy showroom with bright lights. If you come by to visit, you will likely see us moving heavy sheets of ply around or talking to local carpenters about their projects. It is a very busy part of Khondhwa, so there are always trucks loading and unloading right in front of our door. Sometimes the dust from the street gets inside when the wind blows, so we are constantly sweeping the floor to keep it decent. We have got a small wooden desk tucked into the corner where we keep our accounts and the telephone. It is definitely not a quiet place to work, but we like the busy energy of the bazar. We know most of the guys who work in the other shops along this stretch. We have been at this specific address for a good many years now, and we have watched the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't really do much advertising; people just know where we are at unit 24. We spend our days measuring boards and making sure everything is ready.
