AGASTYA CONSTRO LLP

Agastya Constro LLP is located in Kothrud, Pune, right in the Dahanukar Colony area. We are in the Tarangan building, specifically in unit F 14. Kothrud is a pretty crowded place these days with all the new shops and houses going up, so we stay quite busy with our site work around the city. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a normal space where we manage our construction projects and handle the bills. We spend most of our time out on the field anyway, but this is where the planning and phone calls happen. Being on SN 30/A makes it easy for the guys to get together before heading out to a site. It’s a local business, run by people who live nearby and know the Pune roads and neighborhoods well. We don’t have a big reception desk or any of that polished corporate stuff. Usually, there’s just a few of us drinking tea and looking at blueprints or checking the material lists for the week. Sometimes it’s quiet and sometimes it’s loud when the phones start ringing all at once. We’ve been around this part of Maharashtra for a bit now, just doing the work that comes our way in the building trade. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way because it lets us focus on the actual building part instead of worrying about how the office looks to outsiders.
