Advent Constrotech Private Limited

Advent Constrotech Private Limited is based out of the Vista building. We are located at S. No. 593, 598, and 599A in Bibavewadi. Our specific spot is Office No. 230 on the second floor, Marvel 411040. Pune is a great city to work in, and Bibavewadi has its own unique feel. We spend our days dealing with various construction and technology aspects of building. The office is usually a bit messy with documents and site reports spread out everywhere. We aren't the type to have a perfectly clean, minimalist office because we’re actually working. There are about ten of us who come in every day. We talk a lot about engineering and how to fix problems that crop up on-site. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we have to stay late to get things sorted. The Vista building is quite nice, and being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area. We’ve been through several cycles of projects now. Some are small and some are a bit more complicated. We just take them as they come. We don't really have a big corporate structure here. It’s more like a group of people who have known each other for a long time working toward the same goal. We just try to stay honest about what we can do and keep moving forward with the next job on the list. It’s a solid way to run things.
