ADIVEER CONSTRUCTIONS is based out of Pune, specifically over near Kadamvak Vasti. If you know where Innora School is, we are right around there, near the Gaikwad DP. It’s a busy part of the city and there is always something being built or dug up. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees; we’re a more grounded team that looks after things ourselves. Our days are mostly spent coordinating with workers and making sure materials show up on time, which is harder than it sounds with Pune traffic. The office at Gat No 672 is where the planning happens, but honestly, we spend more time on the ground. We took on the private limited tag a while back to stay organized, but the way we work hasn’t changed much. We just focus on the task at hand. There’s a lot of growth happening out towards this side of the city, and we’re right in the middle of it. Sometimes the rains slow us down, or a delivery gets stuck, but we just deal with it. It’s not glamorous work, just lots of concrete, steel, and making sure things are level. We know the neighborhood well and that helps when we need to get things moving. Most of us have lived around here for a long time, so we care about what we’re putting up. It’s just us doing our bit.
