Aditya Engineering Works

Aditya Engineering Works is situated at 87/7 in Bhosarigoan, right in the PCNTDA area and pretty close to the Times of India building. Bhosari has always been an engineering hub, so we feel right at home with the sound of lathes and milling machines in the background every single day. Our shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside to get the work done. Most days involve a lot of measuring, cutting, and welding according to the drawings we get. We get a lot of walk-in work from other small businesses in the area who need a part fixed or a simple component made in a hurry. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings by midday, so sweeping up is a never-ending task for whoever is free. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of our neighbors and we often borrow tools or help each other out when things get busy or a machine breaks down. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and talk to the person actually doing the work with their hands. We don't have any complicated management layers or office politics. If there is a problem with a job, we just talk it out and fix it right there on the spot. It’s practical, honest work, and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. The tea stall around the corner is basically our unofficial meeting room.
