Our office for Adhaata Developers is actually Flat 101 in the Sarala Roses building. We are located in Someshwarwadi, which is in the Pashan area of Pune. It’s quite near the Rajwada Hotel, so we often use that as a landmark when people are trying to find us. Working out of a flat gives the whole business a bit of a different feel compared to a standard office block. It’s a bit more relaxed, though we are still busy with infrastructure and development work most of the time. The streets around Pashan can get quite congested, especially near the hotel, but the Someshwarwadi side is a little tucked away. We spend our days looking over land plans and talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes we have meetings in the living room area which we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s a practical way to run things without having too much overhead. Pune is a city that never seems to stop expanding, and we are just trying to play our part in that. We have stacks of files on the shelves and maps pinned to the walls. It isn't a glossy showroom, just a place where we do the actual work of planning and managing projects.
