Adeema Promoters And Builders Llp is based at the Shivkrupa building, Office 1, over in Aundh. We’re right at S No 81 A. Aundh is a pretty busy place these days, but our office stays fairly grounded and quiet. We’ve been working in the building and promotion side of things for a while now. We don't have a huge staff or a big corporate headquarters. It’s just a few of us sitting around desks, making calls to suppliers and checking on site progress. Promoting property and building stuff takes a lot of patience, and we spend plenty of time dealing with paperwork and local permits. It’s not the kind of thing you see in magazines; it’s mostly just making sure the brick and mortar stuff gets done right. We like being in Aundh because it’s a good middle ground for our various projects. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with site maps and legal documents, but we know where everything is. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We build things and we promote the projects we’re involved in. It’s a straightforward business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune, just a reliable one that gets the job finished. Most of our day is spent solving small problems before they become big ones. It is hard work, but we are used to it by now.
