Acs Auxillaries India Private Limited has a workshop at Gate No. 191/1 in the Andhor Complex. It’s right on the Mhalunge Chakan Talegaon Road, so there is always a lot of traffic passing by. Talkhed is a bit of a trek for some of the guys, but we make it work. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but inside we stay busy with all the auxiliary parts we handle. It can get a bit disorganized when we have a big shipment coming in or going out. We try to keep things tidy but in a place like this, things just pile up. The road outside can be quite dusty during the dry season. We spend a lot of time checking parts and making sure the dimensions are right. It’s a lot of manual work and technical checking. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a few of us in the office and the guys out on the floor. We usually have the radio on to keep things lively while we work. Lunch usually comes from the local stalls nearby. We have been in this spot for a bit now and the locals know where to find us if they need anything. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the work, and go home. No fuss, just the daily grind of manufacturing and parts. It is a bit noisy but we are used to that environment.
