ACDC Saideep Buildcon is over in Gultekadi, tucked away in Ashwini Apartment. It’s a quiet spot in TMV Colony, flat number two. Running a building company in Pune keeps us busy. Most days involve talking to contractors or checking on sites. We started this because we know the area well. It’s not a fancy glass office, just where we work. Pune is changing fast, and being in a place like Gultekhadi gives us a good central spot. We handle the paperwork and the actual site work from here. Sometimes the traffic on the way to sites is a headache, but that’s just Pune life. We don’t have a massive team, but the people we have know their jobs. We’ve been around this part of town for a while now. If you’re looking for where we are, it’s SR. NO. 425/79. We usually have tea going in the afternoon if anyone drops by to talk about a project. It’s straightforward work. We build, we fix things, and we try to get home on time. There’s always another site to visit or a permit to sort out at the municipal office. It's just us doing our bit in the construction world here. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to do the work right and stay busy in the neighborhood. Our focus is really just on the day-to-day tasks that come with being a local builder.
