Accurate Engineering Co.Pvt.Ltd. has been sitting on Plot No. 67 for quite a long time. We are right in the middle of the Hadapsar Industrial Estate in Pune. This area has a lot of history with manufacturing, and our building is part of that. We have Post Box No. 1202, which is an old way of doing things, but it still works for us. The factory floor is where most of the action is. It is a large space with high ceilings and the constant rhythm of heavy machinery. We do not have fancy glass walls or air-conditioned hallways throughout the whole place. It is an industrial setting through and through. The air usually smells like machine oil and metal shavings. Our offices are a bit more quiet, but you can still feel the vibrations from the shop floor. We have a lot of long-term employees who have been coming to this same plot for decades. They know every quirk of the equipment. We don't spend much time talking about visions or goals; we just focus on getting the parts out of the door on time. There is a canteen nearby where everyone goes for lunch, and that is usually the only time the machines go silent. It is a steady, predictable kind of work life here in Hadapsar. We just keep the wheels turning.
