Our office is located right in the middle of the MIDC area in Pune. If you know Plot J-288/2 in the J Block, that is where you will find us. It is an industrial zone, so there is always the sound of machines and trucks passing by throughout the day. Abs Buildcon Private Limited started because we saw how much work was needed in this part of Maharashtra. We are not interested in having a polished corporate image. Our space is functional and mostly full of site maps and dusty boots. Pune is a big city, but the construction world feels quite small once you get into it. We spend our hours talking to suppliers and trying to keep everything on schedule, which is rarely as easy as it sounds on paper. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery getting stuck or the weather turning bad, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees. It is just a dedicated team that likes to see things being built from the ground up. We take our work seriously, even if our office looks a bit lived-in. Being in MIDC helps us stay close to the materials and the transport links we need every day. It is a gritty place to work, but it suits the kind of building stuff we do. We just keep our heads down and work.
