Abn Life Spaces Llp

Abn Life Spaces Llp is based over in Aundh, at Survey Number 150, Plot Number 13. Our office is Flat Number 9 in Niyogi Park III, which is in the Sangavi Nagar area. Aundh is a busy part of town, but Niyogi Park stays relatively calm. We’ve been operating from this flat for some time now. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of papers. We don't go for any of that corporate jargon or polished images. We are just real people working on life spaces and property projects. Most days involve a lot of site visits and then coming back here to update the files. The flat is on the ninth floor, so we get a bit of a breeze which is nice in the afternoons. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on our work. The neighborhood has everything we need, from small snack shops to banks, which makes running the business easier. We started this because we wanted to do things our way, without all the corporate red tape. It’s a practical environment. We have our coffee, discuss the day’s plans, and then get to it. It’s not always perfect, and things can get a bit chaotic when deadlines are near, but we manage. We’re a local team that knows the Aundh area very well and we just keep pushing forward with the projects we have in hand.
