I'm writing this from our office in Lake Town Co Op Housing Society. We are located in Building C6, Flat Number 303, specifically at S. No. 11 in the Katraj area. ABHIRAJ INFRA SOLUTIONS INDIA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is the full name on the door, though it’s a lot to say. It’s basically just us here working on infrastructure stuff. Most days are spent on the phone or looking at site plans on the big wooden table. Katraj is a good part of town to be in, though traffic can be a real headache in the evenings. We chose this spot because it's practical and close to where we live. Being in a housing society means it feels more like a home than a stiff office. There’s a small kitchen where we make ginger tea and a balcony that gets some sun. We don't have a big reception desk or people in fancy suits waiting at the door. It’s just a workspace. We deal with various infra projects around the region. The OPC part means it’s a one-person company structure, but we have a few guys helping out. We’ve been at this for a while now. If you’re coming by, just tell the security at the main gate you’re going to C6. The lift works most of the time, so you don't have to take the stairs. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the jobs we take on. It’s a straightforward setup and we don't spend much on fancy furniture. We just focus on the actual work.
