Our office is in the Sanas Memories building on FC Road in Pune, over in Shivaji Nagar. We are in shop number 302, which is up on the third floor. FC Road is a famous spot, so it’s easy for people to find us, though finding a place to park your scooter can be a real struggle some afternoons. We handle realty and infrastructure projects. Most of our work involves helping people with land deals or overseeing small construction jobs around the Pune area. We are an LLP, so it’s a small group of us running the show. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy or anything like that. When you come in, you’re usually talking directly to one of the people in charge. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different properties looking at boundaries and checking on local amenities. The office is where we keep all the files and handle the legal side of things. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s what we do. We’ve been around this part of Pune for a while and we know how the market moves. We don't do big advertisements. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here and people know we are reliable enough to get the job done without any unnecessary drama. We just take one project at a time and try to keep everything organized and honest for everyone involved.
