We set up Abhijeet Solar System inside the Aashish Building, which is part of the Aapale Ghar Society in Kharadi. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a community than a business district. Most of our neighbors are families, and you can always hear kids playing outside while we’re working on the computers. Our space is filled with solar panels and mounting brackets that take up most of the room. We don’t have a fancy front desk or a waiting room; we usually just work off a couple of old wooden tables pushed together. It’s a bit cramped, but it works for us for now. We spend a lot of time on roofs around Kharadi, so we’re often out of the office during the peak sun hours. When we are here, we’re usually planning out the next installation or calling up suppliers to see where our parts are. It’s not a glamorous job at all. You get plenty of sun and plenty of sore muscles at the end of the day. We started this because we liked the idea of using the sun for power, and it’s just grown from there into a full-time thing. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do a good job for the people in our society and the surrounding area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a technical drawing or having a snack.
