It’s a quiet enough spot, which is good when you’re trying to figure out complicated infrastructure problems. We aren't a huge team, just a group of people who have been in this line of work for a long time. Our desks are usually covered in drawings and notes from various sites we’ve visited. We started this consultancy because we felt there was a need for some practical advice that wasn't wrapped up in corporate jargon. We don't tell people what they want to hear; we just tell them what’s possible and what isn't. It’s a straightforward way of doing business, even if it’s not always the most popular. Balaji Orchid is a nice place to work from, and we’ve become quite used to the daily rhythm of the building. We spend about half our time here and the other half out on the road looking at different construction projects. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people find us because someone else told them we were decent to work with. We don't promise anything impossible. We just offer our experience and a bit of hard work to get the project moving in the right direction. It's just a regular day for us and we are happy with that setup.
