AATK CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

We are located on the third floor of the San Mahu Commercial Complex right on Bund Garden Road. AATK Constructions LLP has been here for a while, across from the Poona Club. It’s a busy part of Pune, and being on the third floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the street, but not much. Most of our work happens away from the office anyway. We’re usually out at various sites around the city, checking on progress and making sure the workers have what they need. Construction in Pune is fast-paced, and we spend a lot of time in our cars going from one side of town to the other. The office is where we keep the big printers for the blueprints and where we drink way too much coffee while arguing over budgets. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy uniform; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We’re a straightforward group. We handle the technical side of things and the actual physical building work. It’s not a clean job—there’s always mud or dust on someone’s shoes—but it’s satisfying to see a structure go up where there was nothing before. Bund Garden Road is a good central spot for us to manage everything. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to stay on schedule despite the Pune traffic and the usual site delays.
