At Post Junction in Taluka Indapur is where Aashish Engineering Works is set up. It’s a bit out there, away from the big city crowds. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time. The junction is a familiar landmark for anyone living nearby. It’s mostly local people who know where we are. We do the engineering work right here on site. There isn't much to say about the place other than it's where we spend our hours. The pace of life in Indapur is different than the town centers. We get our materials delivered and then we get to work on the machines. Some days it’s quiet, and other days it feels like everyone needs something at once. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. The workshop has its own rhythm. We start early when it's still cool outside. By the afternoon, the heat usually picks up, but we keep going. It’s practical work. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations. The focus is always on what’s sitting on the workbench. If you ever find yourself passing through the junction, you might see us. It’s a simple setup. We just try to get through the list of jobs we have for the week.
