Aarnaven Infrastructures Private Limited is tucked away in Pashan. We operate from flat number 4 in the Swet Ganga building. It’s part of Vardayani Society on plot 31. Pashan is a nice area, a bit more green and quiet than some other parts of Pune. We’ve been here for a good while. Our work focuses on infrastructure projects, which means we are usually dealing with a lot of technical stuff and logistics. The office isn't very large. It’s basically just a few rooms filled with desks and maps. We spend a lot of time coordinating between different sites across the city. It can get pretty stressful when deadlines are tight, but we manage to get through it. There’s usually someone around even late in the evening finishing up the books. We aren't much for decorations. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and project charts. We like the quiet of this society. It’s a good place to think and get things organized. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our work around on the roads. We just keep our heads down and try to finish what we start. It’s a practical business and we treat it that way. No frills, just the daily grind of making things happen in the infrastructure world. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
