AAKASHA CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

AAKASHA CONSTRUCTIONS LLP is run from Flat 1 in the Jagtap Building. We are located in Sunita Nagar, specifically at SN 47. It’s part of the Prathamesh Society. The area is quite settled, and we’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the furniture. Our space is more of a workshop and office combined. You’ll see Akash Const on the door. It’s a ground-floor spot, so it’s easy to move stuff in and out. We don’t have a fancy reception or a person to greet you at the door. Usually, it’s just one of us looking over a site plan or talking to a contractor. The Jagtap Building is a sturdy old place, which suits us just fine since we are in the construction business ourselves. We handle a variety of local projects. It’s a lot of hands-on work, managing the labor and making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the tile samples and cement bags, but that’s just how we work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to get the buildings finished right. Sunita Nagar is a good base for us, and we know the lanes around here pretty well. It’s just regular people doing the hard work of building. We just keep at it until the job is done.
