Aadhiraj Builders Private Limited is based out of the Polaris Building in Hadapsar. We are in Flat No. 201, which is part of the Sr. No 151/18A and 151/22 plots. If you are looking for us, the best landmark is Noble Hospital, as we are located right near it. The office is essentially a converted flat, so it has a more comfortable, homey feel than a typical glass-and-steel office. We have a kitchen area where we make our tea and a main room where we keep all the blueprints and legal documents. Hadapsar is always busy, and being near the hospital means there is constant activity on the street outside. We chose this spot because it’s easy for our contractors and clients to find. There isn't any fancy marketing stuff here, just a lot of hard work. We spend our days coordinating with various teams and making sure the construction schedules are being met. The building itself is well-maintained, and we’ve gotten to know the other people working in the block. It’s a practical setup for a building company. We don’t need anything too flashy to get our jobs done. We just show up every day, handle the paperwork, and head out to the sites when we need to. It’s a solid place to work from and we have been here for quite some time now. Most of the local shopkeepers recognize us when we go out for a quick break.
