AADHAR MANGALAM BUILDCORP LLP

We are located over in Pune, specifically in the Vishal Ventila building. It’s a decent spot, Office 206 and 207 to be exact. Survey No 151/20 is the area we are in, and it gets pretty busy around here during the week. We do building and construction work under the Aadhar Mangalam name. Most of our day is spent looking at plans or dealing with site issues that pop up. It’s not always easy work, and there are a lot of small details to track. Pune is growing fast, so there’s always something happening in the construction world. We aren’t a massive firm, just a local team trying to get things built right. Sometimes the weather slows us down, or materials arrive a bit late, but that’s just part of the job. We have our office set up here so we can stay close to the projects. It's a simple setup, nothing too flashy. People stop by to talk about plots or progress on different sites. We try to keep our head down and just focus on the building part of things. The traffic in this part of Pune can be a headache sometimes, but it’s a good location for what we do. We’ve been at this for a bit now, learning as we go. It’s just honest work, putting up structures and managing the land we have on our list.
