Aadeesh Engineering Pune Pvt Ltd is situated on Tilak Road, right near the 12th Main and 4th Cross. Our specific spot is 1/1017. It is not a very big office, but it serves us well for the engineering work we handle day in and day out. Pune is a busy city and Tilak Road can get pretty crowded, so we are used to the noise outside. We spend a lot of our time staring at blueprints or working on specific mechanical parts that people bring in. We don't really go for any of those shiny brochures or big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood or other businesses nearby who know we do honest work. Sometimes the projects take longer than we thought they would, especially when a part doesn't fit or a machine breaks down, but we just keep working until it is finished. We have a small staff here and we all know our roles pretty well. It’s the kind of place where you might find some grease on the table and papers scattered around. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how the place looks, we just care about whether the engineering is sound.
