A S Lokhande Constructions is a local business based in Pune. Our office is located at S. No. 66/6, specifically Office No. 3 on Ganaraj Mangal Karyalaya Road. It is a street that gets quite a lot of traffic because of the events at the mangal karyalaya, so there is always something happening outside our window. We are a small construction firm that focuses on the practical side of getting things built. We do not have a lot of bells and whistles in our office. It is mostly just desks, a few chairs, and a lot of site drawings. Most of our actual work happens out in the dirt and the sun, making sure the foundations are right and the laborers have what they need. We have been working in Pune for a long time and understand how things go around here with the permits and the local suppliers. We are not looking to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a good job on the projects we have in front of us. Construction can be messy and loud, and there are always problems that pop up out of nowhere. We just take them as they come and try to fix them. People usually find us through word of mouth because we have been around the neighborhood for so many years. It is a simple, hardworking life, and we are okay with that.
