You will find A S Chaudhary Construction over in Pune at the Pitashree Terrace building. We are up on the fourth floor in flat 401. The building is near the Gumaste Company in the Warje Malwadi area. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of people coming and going. Our office is not very big, but it is where we do all our thinking and planning for the construction projects we take on. We are a small group of people who have spent a lot of years in the building trade. We do not have a big fancy reception or anyone to bring you water in a glass; it is just a working office with paper everywhere. Warje has grown so much lately, and there is always some new project starting up nearby. We spend a lot of time driving between different sites and checking on how the walls are coming up. Sometimes the Pune traffic makes it hard to be everywhere at once, but we manage. We don't use any of those corporate buzzwords. We just talk about concrete, steel, and labor costs. It is a tough business with a lot of moving parts, and we just try to keep everyone on the same page. It is not always pretty, especially when things are behind schedule, but we stay honest about it. We are just local builders trying to do a decent day's work.
